Photography for me was born from my passion for all things mountain, recording my time walking and scrambling my way around the hills and mountains of the U.K. What was just my way of recording my exploits and supporting my writing my various blogs it quickly took hold and become my main passion. I am now Photography and Visual Arts editor for the new online magazine which has just launched this week.

I would never be one to describe myself as a fine art photographer more of a photojournalist with a penchant of capturing the odd classic landscape image. I wouldn’t even attempt to put myself in a category just someone who enjoys the Art of Photography. Influences would probably be Helga Paris and Vivian Maier. Ably supported by a very strong network of Street Photographers who are down to earth and just do what they do, whom I spend most of my free time scrolling through their photographs.

The name for my website comes from the classic track by The Clash, the very first band I went to see all those years ago and the Clash sound has stayed with me to this day.
